Euro Car Parts Limited is hiring a Branch Assistant in the Greater London area to deliver products, support warehouse operations and assist at the trade counter. You will help keep the branch running smoothly and provide an exceptional customer experience.

The role involves deliveries, stock checks, and using ePOD/handheld devices, with full training offered. A full UK driving licence and a proactive, team-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
• Support warehouse operations and branch tasks to maintain high standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Assist at the trade counter and with Click & Collect as needed.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicles are compliant.
