Job summary

Euro Car Parts Limited is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch. You will deliver products, support warehouse operations and assist customers at the trade counter, helping keep the branch running smoothly and delivering on our customer promise.

You’ll be involved in stock checks, vehicle safety, and using ePOD tech, with training provided to become a trusted multi-skilled member of the team. The role offers growth across the UK & Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of health & safety practices.
• Basic IT skills and comfort with handheld devices or warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring customers receive excellent service.
• Support branch operations and customer service at the trade counter.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Assist Click & Collect customers and at the trade counter when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders in the warehouse.
• Assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep company vehicles clean and roadworthy.
• Use delivery technology, including ePOD systems and handheld devices, accurately.
