Job summary

Euro Car Parts Limited is looking for a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch where every day is different. You will deliver products, support warehouse tasks and help at the trade counter, ensuring outstanding service and a smooth operation.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly team, using handheld devices and ePOD tech, while upholding health and safety standards and aiming for excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support experience.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Health and Safety practices.
• Basic IT skills with handheld devices or warehouse systems.
• Flexible, reliable and team-focused attitude.
• Automotive, retail or logistics experience is advantageous but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time to customers.
• Support branch operations and maintain high service standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the brand professionally.
• Assist Click & Collect customers and at the trade counter as needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders; assist with stock movements and receiving.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Use ePOD systems and handheld devices effectively.
• Drive safely, uphold safety culture and ensure vehicle compliance.
