Job summary

Hydraquip Hose & Hydraulics is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our Welsh branch. You will serve customers at the trade counter and by phone, process orders and quotations, and assist with stock picking, packing and basic workshop tasks.

As part of a small team, you’ll support stock control and branch administration, promoting Hydraquip products while ensuring a safe, organised environment in line with HS standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude required.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
• Ability to work well in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the trade counter and by phone/email.
• Process orders, quotations and customer enquiries.
• Pick, pack and receipting stock; assist with hose assembly and basic workshop tasks.
• Support stock control and branch administration; promote Hydraquip products.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Serving customers at the trade counter and by phone/email

• Picking, packing and receipting stock
• Assisting with hose assembly and basic workshop tasks
• Supporting stock control and branch administration, with scope to take ownership as the role develops
• Promoting Hydraquip products and services where appropriate
• Maintaining a safe, organised branch environment in line with H&S standards
