Job summary

Hydraquip is the UK’s leading independent Hose & Hydraulics specialist, focused on training, progression and recognition for quality work. The role involves visiting customer sites to replace hoses and components, diagnose faults, and perform repairs while delivering outstanding service.

You will work independently, build relationships with customers, and update reports via the mobile app. A full UK driving licence and customer-facing confidence are essential, with on-call duties included.

Qualifications

• Experience in hose replacement across industrial equipment such as plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting.
• Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Confidence in dealing directly with customers and providing service on-site.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs safely and efficiently.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
• Working independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app
• Building relationships with new and existing customers

What we’re looking for

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Confidence dealing directly with customers

Desirable Experience

• Mobile or on‑call engineering experience
• Commercial awareness or customer development experience

This role includes participation in an on‑call rota, typically one week in every four.
