Role involves attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components, diagnosing faults, and completing repairs safely and efficiently, with a company van and on‑call rota to support service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hose replacement or mechanical fitting is preferred.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Confidence dealing directly with customers.

• Working independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
• Working independently while delivering excellent customer service

What we’re looking for

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Confidence dealing directly with customers

Desirable Experience

• Mobile or on‑call engineering experience
• Commercial awareness or customer development experience

This role includes participation in an on‑call rota, typically one week in every four.
