Job summary

Hydraquip Hose & Hydraulics in Worcester is seeking a field-based engineer to attend customer sites, replace hydraulic hoses and components, and diagnose faults. You will work independently, delivering high-quality service and updating job data via our mobile app. The role offers full training, an on-call rota, a company van, and pension benefits. A full UK driving licence and customer-facing confidence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Confidence dealing directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently.
• Working independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app.
• Building relationships with new and existing customers.

This role includes participation in an on‑call rota, typically one week in every four.
