Job summary

Bradford Theatres in Bradford is seeking a permanent Deputy Box Office Manager to lead the sales team across online, telephone, counter and agency channels, delivering excellent customer service and maximising revenue.

The post holder will manage and develop staff, optimise the Spektrix ticketing system, and work with other managers to ensure efficient operations while remaining flexible to meet deadlines and shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a management/leadership role within the arts/leisure sector.
• Qualification relevant to sales/customer service, e.g. Business Administration.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operation of the Box Office sales team across channels.
• Lead, develop and manage the team to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
• maximise use of the Spektrix system and ensure smooth ticketing processes.
