Goals Soccer Centres in Bradford is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of the complex and supervise staff across shifts. You will support the General Manager in delivering quality customer service, driving income opportunities, and executing sales plans to promote operational excellence.

Responsibilities include supervising team members and cleaners, assisting with recruitment, maintaining health and safety, managing stock and cash procedures, and attending weekly

Qualifications

• Supervise all staff including Team Members, Cleaners and Maintenance.
• Contribute to business development and drive football income.
• Assist General Manager with recruitment of non-managerial staff.
• Ensure administration procedures and reporting are followed.
• Ensure Health & Safety policy and staff training are maintained.
• Attend weekly management meetings and maintain team communications.
• Ensure cash and stock reconciliation procedures are followed.
• Coordinate stock and services to keep the club running smoothly.
