Hotel Indigo Bath, a boutique hotel in Bath, is seeking a Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will maintain cleanliness in public areas and storage spaces, assist guests with queries, and escalate maintenance needs to keep our guests comfortable. We are looking for someone outgoing, energetic and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Previous experience helps but is not essential. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing hospitality roles is helpful but not essential.
• Able to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
• Proactive and able to work under own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public, storage and employee areas to required standards.
• Handle guest queries courteously and professionally.
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged furniture promptly to ensure guest comfort.
