Castlebridge Hospitality's Hotel Indigo Bath is seeking a Reception Supervisor to join the team in Bath. You will help lead the front office, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional guest experiences while supporting the Front Office Manager and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Applicants should have hospitality experience, be capable of motivating a team, and be flexible to cover shifts in a 24/7 operation. UK eligibility will be checked as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership experience in motivating and leading a team.
• Flexible and adaptable with a focus on guest experience.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation and running of the reception department under the Front Office Manager.
• Provide guests with a warm welcome and unparalleled service.
• Roll up sleeves and actively support team when needed.
• Cover Duty Manager shifts (Late/Early) and occasional Nights to cover holidays or sickness.
• Handle complaints and manage the Front Desk Team to ensure smooth operations.
