The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, leads a team effectively, and communicates across all levels to keep operations running smoothly. This role is based in Bath, with shifts covering a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/guest service experience preferred.
• Experience in frontline leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reception team to deliver warm, personalized check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain high standards of front office operations and guest security.
