Hotel Indigo Bath is seeking a confident Receptionist to provide a warm welcome and first-class service to guests at our boutique Bath property. You will be the front line for guest queries, check-in/out, and information on local amenities, ensuring a smooth, memorable stay.

We value strong communicators with a genuine love of hospitality. Prior Opera/Hotel PMS experience is beneficial; flexibility with shifts in a 24/7 environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to handle guest queries with courtesy and efficiency.
• Knowledge of local Bath area is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcome and outstanding service at reception.
• Ensure smooth operation of the reception desk and related areas.
• Answer guest queries quickly and accurately; provide local recommendations.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes seamlessly and professionally.
• Build positive working relationships with Front of House teams.
