Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow is seeking a Spa Manager to lead our luxury spa team and deliver heartfelt, personal service. You will drive guest satisfaction, champion staff development, and manage the spa operation with a focus on revenue and quality.

You’ll lead in a prestigious 5-star environment, shaping spa experiences, ensuring health and safety, and partnering with the broader hotel strategy to maintain excellence across all guest touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in hospitality or wellness, preferably luxury hotels.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L and revenue mindset.
• Extensive spa management expertise including product knowledge, treatments, staff training and safety.
• Awareness of trends in wellness and ability to promote services to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Spa team to deliver a highly service-focused operation with exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, development and retention of spa staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet the Spa strategy and budgets.
