You will own your client base and work with high-growth brands and global businesses. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in target-driven B2B sales, are confident outbound sellers, and motivated by money, progression and ownership.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years' experience in a target-driven B2B sales role.
• Proven outbound sales experience and habit of meeting KPIs.
• Ability to build and develop client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop new client relationships.
• Generate new business through calls, LinkedIn, email and targeted outreach.
• Speak with hiring managers and senior decision-makers.
• Source and headhunt senior and C-suite candidates.
• Negotiate terms, close placements and earn commission.
