Jago Consultants is seeking a Bodyshop Receptionist for a busy repair bodyshop near Feltham, Middlesex. You will welcome customers, assess their needs, and manage administrative tasks to support service staff.

The role requires a confident, organized individual with strong IT skills and excellent customer service. You will contribute to a professional, energetic team and enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekends.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficient with computer programs.
• Organized and efficient handling high paperwork volume.
• Friendly, approachable persona with strong customer service.
• Professional, enthusiastic with good attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly, approachable manner and discuss their requirements.
• Inform staff of impending recalls and warranty/goodwill changes.
• Operate AutoFlow Management Systems.
• Maintain accurate customer records and paperwork; liaise with staff, repairers and manufacturers’ reps.
• Support colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
