Job summary

Jago Consultants in Slough are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Administrator for a prestige car dealership. The role focuses on delivering accurate administrative support within the bodyshop, ensuring compliance with company procedures and timely paperwork.

You will have at least 2 years in a similar main dealer role, with Kerridge experience and strong computer skills. You will be organised, approachable and able to liaise with technicians, service reception and manufacturers’ representatives

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role within a main dealership.
• Experience using Kerridge and confident with computer skills.
• Organised and efficient to handle paperwork.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative tasks within the bodyshop in line with company policies.
• Inform staff of recall campaigns and warranty/goodwill changes.
• Ensure frontline staff complete records accurately.
• Maintain relationships with staff, repairers and manufacturers’ representatives.
• Keep up-to-date with procedures and documentation.
