Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator or customer service advisor within the motor trade.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, handle bookings, manage courtesy car diary, and provide customer updates.
• Liaise with third-party companies such as insurance and car hire companies.
• As the first point of contact for customers, provide motivated and enthusiastic service with excellent communication skills.
