• Experience with at least one BMS system: Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, ALC.
• Understanding of Niagara-based systems.
• Ability to interpret and modify existing BMS control strategies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and commission small works projects.
• Produce electrical LAN maps and maintain BMS controls equipment.
• Enforce health and safety procedures and complete dynamic risk assessments.
