Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Limited is recruiting a BMS Engineer / Account Manager in London, combining field service with account management for a leading client in intelligent building controls.

The role offers £55k–£60k salary with potential to earn £70k+ OTE, plus car/allowance, pension, and 25 days holiday. You will focus on London-based key accounts, delivering fault diagnosis, service and upgrades with commission on gross margin.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Building Management Systems (BMS) engineer.
• HVAC systems & plant experience.
• Excellent fault diagnosis, repairs, and service experience.
• Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, KNX protocols.
• Excellent customer-facing and account management skills.

Salary & Benefits:

£55,000 - £60,000

• 5%, 2.5% & 1% commission paid on upgrades / remedial jobs quoted on and generated from your work
• OTE - £70,000+

Alecto Recruitment is working on a unique opportunity within the BMS Sector for an experience engineer who is very customer facing and would also be keen to push further into both account management and service.

The position works with a business who are leaders across intelligent building controls, energy, IOT & Lighting Controls.

Focusing across there BMS Division, they are recruiting for a BMS Engineer / Account Manager in London.

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced Building management systems (BMS) engineer and familiar with systems such as: Trend, Tridium, Niagara, Siemens, Schneider and Honeywell.
• HVAC Systems & Plant experience
• Excellent ability and experience in fault diagnosis, repairs and service
• Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, KNX Protocols
• Excellent customer facing and account management skills.

This is key and excellent position that will mainly cover London.

Its a key service and account management opportunity where you will play an integral part in the companies on-going success with key accounts whilst recognising areas to improve efficiencies on sites.

The company are offering a superb commission structure for any on-site remedial or small works jobs you quote on and complete, with commission on gross margin of the job paid twice yearly.
