Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is seeking a BMS Service & Account Manager in London. The role combines service delivery and account management with a strong commission structure on upgrades and remedials, plus a car allowance and pension.

Ideal candidates are hands-on with BMS experience, able to diagnose faults and manage client relationships, covering major accounts across London and the surrounding region.

Qualifications

• Experienced Building Management Systems (BMS) engineer familiar with Trend, Tridium, Niagara, Siemens, Schneider and Honeywell.
• Excellent fault diagnosis, repairs and service capability.
• Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, KNX Protocols.
• Excellent customer facing and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover London with on-site service and account management focus.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Identify efficiency improvements on sites and drive value.
• Quote on upgrades/remedials and manage commission-based rewards.

The position works with a business who are leaders across intelligent building controls, energy, IOT & Lighting Controls.

Focusing across there BMS Division, they are recruiting for a BMS Engineer / Account Manager in London.

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced Building management systems (BMS) engineer and familiar with systems such as: Trend, Tridium, Niagara, Siemens, Schneider and Honeywell.
• Excellent ability and experience in fault diagnosis, repairs and service
• Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, KNX Protocols
• Excellent customer facing and account management skills.

This is key and excellent position that will mainly cover London.

Its a key service and account management opportunity where you will play an integral part in the companies on-going success with key accounts whilst recognising areas to improve efficiencies on sites.

The company are offering a superb commission structure for any on-site remedial or small works jobs you quote on and complete, with commission on gross margin of the job paid twice yearly.
