Alecto Recruitment is recruiting for a BMS Service Engineer on behalf of a global market leading specialist in building management systems. The role focuses on service, PPMs, fault finding and continuous improvement for large commercial and residential properties.

Qualifikationen

• We are seeking an experienced BMS engineer with service and PPM experience.
• Proven fault finding across BMS systems and building management platforms.
• Good knowledge of HVAC plant and related electrical systems.
• Experience with communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver ongoing BMS service and maintenance to client sites.
• Carry out PPM tasks, fault finding and improvements on BMS systems.
• Diagnose issues and implement timely resolutions to maintain uptime.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with electricians and engineers.

BMS Service Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is partnered with a global market leading specialist within building management systems for large commercial and residential properties.

In addition to the delivery of BMS Solutions, their nationwide service operation provides ongoing support through routine PPM's, call outs and additional improvement works.

Due to continued growth, the business is looking to hire an experienced BMS Service Engineer.

Requirements:

• We are currently seeking an experienced Building management systems (BMS) engineer
• We will be experienced in the service, ppm works, fault finding of BMS systems such as: Trend, Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Priva, Sauter
• Ideally you will have good experience of communication protocols such as: BACnet, Modbus etc
• Good fault diagnosis experience within the BMS sector
• Strong knowledge / experience of HVAC Plant
• Ideally hold - Level 3 Electrical Engineering or have a good electrical engineering background and understanding
