Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to support London and South London properties. You will service and fault-find BMS systems, perform routine PPMs, and implement improvements while liaising with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in service, ppm, fault finding of BMS systems.
• Knowledge of BACnet and Modbus is preferred.
• Strong HVAC plant knowledge and hands‑on troubleshooting.
• Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification or solid electrical background.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service visits and regular PPMs across London & South London.
• Diagnose faults and implement improvements to BMS systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients and maintenance teams.

BMS Service Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is partnered with a global market leading specialist within building management systems for large commercial and residential properties.

In addition to the delivery of BMS Solutions, their nationwide service operation provides ongoing support through routine PPM's, call outs and additional improvement works.

Due to continued growth, the business is looking to hire an experienced BMS Service Engineer to cover London & South London areas.

Requirements:

• We are currently seeking an experienced Building management systems (BMS) engineer
• You will be experienced in the service, ppm works, fault finding of BMS Systems such as: Trend, Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Priva, Sauter
• Ideally you will have good experience of communication protocols such as: BACnet, Modbus etc
• Good fault diagnosis experience within the BMS Sector
• Strong knowledge / experience of HVAC Plant
• Ideally hold - Level 3 Electrical Engineering or have a good Electrical engineering background and understanding
