A global real estate services firm is seeking a BMS Applications Engineer to carry out Master Systems Integration of building management systems. The role requires programming logic creation, system checkout and testing, and providing technical support to installers and customers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering along with relevant industry experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This position represents a unique opportunity to deliver projects on a global scale.
The purpose of this position is to carry out Master Systems Integration of building management systems (BMS), build control databases, engineer user interfaces and set-up control systems based on project specification and/or sale proposal. Provides on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers. Performs field startup and system commissioning tasks as well as the remote installation of software and control programs.
Delivering projects on a global scale for large enterprise clients using industry leading technologies and processes.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

Bachelor's Degree in HVAC, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of three years related industry experience, or equivalent experience.
Tridium Niagara TCP preferred
A valid driver's license with a good driving record for applicable vehicles, without restrictions, or limiting conditions preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
