A leading NHS Trust in England is seeking a Lead for the Bladder and Bowel Services for a 12-month secondment to cover maternity leave. This role involves providing clinical leadership, conducting comprehensive patient assessments, and developing guidelines to ensure high-quality care. Candidates should have experience in bladder and bowel management and possess advanced clinical skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence care delivery in an integrated health system.
An opportunity has arisen for a 12 month secondment post for a Lead within Trafford Local Care Organisation Bladder and Bowel Services, to cover for maternity leave. The post holder will be a core member of the Adult Nursing management team, working collaboratively to deliver high quality care in Trafford and to develop a locally appropriate integrated approach to delivery of care. The post holder will contribute to the improvement strategy and represent community nursing at forums and groups across the Neighbourhood and Locality/Borough.
