Job summary

Total Integrated Solutions Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Birmingham branch, overseeing service delivery, engineering support, and performance against targets.

You will work with customers, engineers, schedulers and senior management to deploy resources, maintain service levels and drive continuous improvement while building a positive, compliant, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience within the Fire and Security, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field service environment
• Experience managing operational performance and service delivery
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and operational compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate operational and engineering teams to deliver outstanding service
• Manage branch performance against key operational and financial targets
• Ensure engineers and support teams are deployed efficiently and effectively
• Oversee customer service delivery and resolve escalated issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the branch
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Support recruitment, training, coaching, and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality standards, and company procedures
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture
