Total Integrated Solutions (TIS) Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, support engineers in the field, and drive service delivery targets. You will manage resources, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with customers, schedulers and senior management to maintain high standards.

The role emphasizes health & safety, compliance, recruitment, coaching, and building a positive, high-performing branch culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience within Fire and Security, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related field service environment.
• Experience managing operational performance and service delivery.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and operational compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate operational and engineering teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage branch performance against key operational and financial targets.
• Ensure engineers and support teams are deployed efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee customer service delivery and resolve escalated issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the branch.

• Support recruitment, training, coaching, and development of team members.

Branch Manager - Ref: V353

As Branch Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of our Birmingham branch. You'll lead operational teams, support engineers in the field, ensure service delivery targets are achieved, and drive continuous improvement across the branch.

Working closely with customers, engineers, schedulers, and senior management, you will ensure resources are utilised effectively, service levels are maintained, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

The Role Involves
