JAB Group in Birmingham is seeking a Branch Manager for our building materials distributor. You will lead a large team, take full P&L accountability, and drive profitability through cost control and margin improvement.

This role emphasizes customer and supplier relationship building, health and safety compliance, and delivering sales growth through proactive market engagement and local knowledge.

Branch Manager – Building Materials Distributor - Birmingham

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you’ll be the person driving behind the branch’s success. Inspire your team, and deliver exceptional customer service, develop supplier and customer relationships. The Branch is based in South Birmingham, one of the flagship stores, with a healthy turnover and a large team in place. You will get the autonomy to really stamp yourself on the role.
