Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Branch Manager for our Sutton Coldfield branch in the West Midlands. This 12-month secondment is full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with training delivered virtually in-branch.

You will lead a team, manage customer expectations, and implement the branch business plan while staying compliant with FCA standards. You’ll be 45 minutes from the branch and help maintain the UK’s largest branch network.
