Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities through systematic market analysis and direct engagement with prospects.
  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to successful deal closure.
  • Build, strengthen, and expand long-term relationships with pharma, biotech, and academic clients.
  • Grow sales regions and product portfolios in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers, organize impactful customer visits, and deliver tailored product presentations.
  • Anticipate client needs and connect them with solutions that add value.
  • Share insights on additional product applications and direct leads to the right teams.
  • Support marketing campaigns and represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
  • Respond to customer service requests and coordinate with technical support teams where required.
Person Specification
  • Academic degree in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience and in-depth knowledge of bioprocessing.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible and willing to travel 30-40% within and outside the Northern European region.
