The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Performance Bonus + Equity + Wider Benefits

iProov is rapidly scaling and hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst to join our Science team.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the biometric platform by understanding the impact of configuration and model changes, and identify underperforming models for prioritization.
• Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, including evaluation, impact analysis, configuration optimization, and performance tracking.
• Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborate with the Data Team, communicate trends, and contribute to internal tooling.
• Investigate customer concerns, manage tickets, and analyze performance issues.
• Work with Product and Engineers to assess risks of front-end changes and perform data analysis.
