The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Company Performance Bonus + Equity + Benefits

iProov is scaling rapidly and is hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst for our Science team.

How you can make an impact

• Optimize the biometric platform by understanding configuration and model impacts, identifying under-performing models, and working with product teams.
• Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, including evaluation, configuration, and performance tracking.
• Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborate with Data Team, and work to eliminate bias within the platform.
• Investigate customer concerns by managing tickets, understanding the platform, and analyzing performance issues.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to assess risks of front-end changes through data analysis.

• Experience with BigQuery for working with large datasets and query optimization.
• Ability to navigate complex systems and understand component interactions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
