The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Performance Bonus + Equity + Benefits

We are hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst to join our Science team as part of our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize the biometric platform by understanding configuration and model impacts, identifying under-performing models, and collaborating with product teams.
• Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, ensuring thorough evaluation, impact analysis, and performance tracking.
• Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborate with Data Team, communicate trends, and eliminate bias.
• Investigate customer concerns by managing tickets, understanding platform issues, and performance concerns.
• Work with Product and Engineers to mitigate risks from front-end changes through analysis and guidance.
