The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Company Performance Bonus + Equity + Benefits

We are hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst to join our Science team as part of our rapid growth this year.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the biometric platform by understanding configuration and model impacts, identifying under-performing models, and collaborating with product teams.
• Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, ensuring thorough evaluation, impact analysis, and performance tracking.
• Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborate with Data Team, communicate trends, and work to eliminate bias.
• Support customer concerns by investigating performance issues and managing tickets.
• Work with Product and Engineers to assess and mitigate risks associated with Front-end changes.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with BigQuery and working with large datasets.
• Understanding complex systems and component interactions.
• Analytical, organized, and collaborative communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a curious, eager-to-learn attitude.
