The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Bonus + Equity + Benefits

We are hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst to join our Science team as we continue to scale rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Optimize the biometric platform by understanding configuration impacts and identifying underperforming models.
2. Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, ensuring thorough evaluation and performance tracking.
3. Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborate with Data Team, and work to eliminate bias.
4. Investigate customer concerns by managing tickets and analyzing platform performance.
5. Work with Product and Engineers to assess risks related to front-end changes through data analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with BigQuery and working with large datasets.
• Ability to understand complex systems and component interactions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and a curious, learning mindset.
