Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a BIM Modeller to join the NZT project on site at Redcar, Cleveland. You will produce and coordinate detailed BIM models of building services, with emphasis on HVAC systems, working alongside the BIM Manager, engineers and supply chain partners.

Proven Revit experience in MEP/building services is essential, plus familiarity with CDE platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360. Offshore team coordination and model federations are also involved.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM Modeller experience within engineering or construction.
• Strong Revit skills for MEP/building services modelling.
• Experience with HVAC and ductwork modelling.
• Ability to interpret drawings and markups for coordinated models.
• Familiarity with CDE workflows and ISO 19650.

Responsibilities

• Produce and develop coordinated BIM models using Revit.
• Model HVAC/building services and ductwork.
• Develop models from engineering information and markups.
• Produce plans, sections and schedules from models.
• Work with engineers to reflect design intent and resolve clashes.
• Support model reviews, information exchanges and handover.
