Billing Analyst - Glasgow - Hybrid Working

W&A is partnering with a leading global business to recruit a proactive and detail-focused Billing Analyst to join their growing finance operations team in Glasgow.

As Billing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of accurate and timely billing across a wide client base. You’ll help ensure the smooth running of billing operations, working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to quickly resolve issues and maintain high service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process daily billing accurately and efficiently in line with agreed SLAs
2. Manage credit note requests and support resolution of billing queries
3. Maintain client billing requirements, updating master files as needed
4. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues impacting billing performance
5. Ensure documentation is up to date and enable cross-team coverage during absences
6. Support reporting tasks as delegated by the Billing Team Manager
7. Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance across all billing activities

About You:

1. Previous experience in customer service, administration, or billing operations
2. Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels
3. Strong attention to detail and time management skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); SAP billing experience a plus
6. Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on collaboration and service delivery
