Are you looking to take your career to the next level with a market-leading organisation? Hutcheon Mearns is delighted to partner with our key client, which has an exciting opportunity for a Billing Specialist to join their dynamic team during a period of rapid growth. You’ll work with a diverse range of customers, playing a pivotal role in supporting billing processes and contributing to the company’s ongoing success. The role is based in the office 2 days per week and 3 days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer billing activities accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Review and improve existing billing processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and streamlining.
  • Ensure all billing data is captured and processed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on key projects aimed at enhancing the billing function and broader business operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Proven experience in billing or a related finance role, with a keen interest in developing your career within receivables, billing, or credit control.
