Location: Glasgow (Hybrid - minimum 2 days in office)

As a Billing Analyst, you'll be an essential part of our Working Capital Team, supporting lawyers and finance professionals across multiple regions to ensure billing is accurate, timely, and efficient. You'll work closely with teams in tax and credit control to streamline processes, improve data quality, and contribute to the overall financial performance of the firm.

What You'll Do

1. Prepare and finalise invoices using our 3E system—drafting, formatting, and dispatching client bills
2. Submit bills via a variety of eBilling platforms
3. Check and verify matter data, working with legal and tax teams to resolve issues early
4. Support credit control through accurate records and fast, clear query resolution
5. Manage multi-jurisdictional billing while ensuring compliance with service level agreements
6. Join regular billing review meetings with Partners and other stakeholders
7. Run reports, process write-offs, close matters, and contribute to broader finance projects

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting—or relevant practical experience (accounting qualifications a bonus)
• Experience using 3E, Elite Enterprise, or a similar billing platform
• Previous work in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Great communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work
