Cummins Inc in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end apprenticeship recruitment across multiple functions and sites. You will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to design effective recruitment plans and ensure compliance with policies.

This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience running assessment centres. You will coach colleagues, analyze recruitment data, and contribute to longer-term hiring

Competenze

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment for UK apprenticeships.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Bilingual English plus knowledge of another European language preferred.
• Experience with apprenticeship assessment centres and provider management.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for apprenticeships across functions/sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast demand and develop recruitment plans.
• Manage apprenticeship campaigns from requisition to pre-boarding.
• Lead apprenticeship assessment centres, including logistics and communications.
• Manage relationships with apprenticeship training providers for delivery and improvement.
• Monitor recruitment performance and share updates with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior Talent Acquisition colleagues.
