Job summary

Synpulse is seeking a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the UK recruitment function from London. The role combines headhunting, storytelling, and consulting to attract top-tier talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to standardize and own the UK recruitment process. Ideal candidates bring four+ years in talent acquisition, experience in consulting/banking/insurance, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in professional settings (agency or in-house).
Experience in consulting, banking or insurance is desirable.
Ability to lead recruitment activity and build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

Lead London recruitment with hiring managers and leadership to understand needs and sourcing strategies.
Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring standards are followed UK-wide.
Provide recruitment advice, manage expectations, and challenge where required to ensure consistent hiring practices.
Deliver a seamless candidate experience while championing the employer brand.
