Insite Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to autonomously design and execute a strategic recruitment and development plan. You will drive apprenticeship and graduate programs, expand employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience across their offices in Peterborough and London.

The role requires leading full-cycle recruitment for diverse, niche roles, collaborating with the Head of People on pay benchmarking and compliance with UK laws.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, including 2 years in-house.
• Experience managing apprenticeship or graduate programmes with institutional partnerships.
• Strong sourcing and direct candidate engagement across hard-to-fill roles.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for 25–30 roles annually across field-based and office-based teams.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media and referrals.
• Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices and cultural alignment.
• Lead expansion of apprenticeship and graduate programmes with partner institutions.
• Oversee preboarding collaborations to prepare contractual documentation and welcomes.
