• Experience recruiting within an in-house environment.
• Proactive and hands-on Talent Partner thrives in fast-paced scaling environments.
• Proven track record delivering recruitment outcomes balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing methods.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrate innovation in recruitment approaches and processes.
• Experience recruiting technical or specialist roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, consulting and business support vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, engage and build relationships with passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and market mapping.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Produce high-quality adverts and attraction campaigns.
• Support offer management and onboarding activities.
