Advancing People Multilingual Ltd is recruiting a Polish-speaking Customer Service Advisor on a hybrid basis. The role will involve working primarily with Polish-speaking customers, with 2 days in the Nottingham office and 3 days remote each week.

You will deliver high-quality customer service via phone, live chat, and email, handle new enquiries, and process orders, while focusing on customer retention and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Polish fluency is required.
• Previous customer service experience is essential.
