Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and one of the other languages.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in roles providing direct coaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches 5-7 customers at a time.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software.
• Facilitates shop-floor Huddles and meetings.
• Tracks performance data and leads process improvement.
• Troubleshoots customer technical issues as needed.

Skills

Bilingual in English and French or Italian or German

Senior Operations Leadership experience

Ability to work in hands-on manufacturing roles

Practice using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Time management skills

Tech friendly

Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Education

Relevant fields of study (Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.)

Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
