Job summary

Talogy is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support Consulting Support in delivering talent management services. You will coordinate projects end-to-end, manage schedules, and liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

You will work with OpenAir, Salesforce and MS Office, supporting QA, reporting and post-delivery communications in a global team setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment is preferred.
• Must speak fluent English and French.
• Education/certification in project management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using web-based project management software such as MS Project/Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks and issues.
• Set up and manage projects in OpenAir; track progress and hours.
• Coordinate client communications and manage logistics for sessions.
• Assist with invoicing, revenue recognition and project finance tasks.
• Coordinate resources and sessions across internal teams and associates.
• Maintain QA and knowledge management records (OpenAir, Salesforce, SharePoint).
• Support cross-regional/global projects and knowledge sharing.
