Job summary

Talogy is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Consulting Support team in coordinating client projects and administering delivery processes. You will work with our Lead Consultant and Client Partner to manage sessions, schedules, and communications while ensuring high standards of service and accuracy across all project artifacts.

Key duties include project setup in OpenAir, stakeholder coordination, financial tracking, and QA of project materials.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment is preferred.
• Must speak fluent English and French.
• Education/certification in project management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using web-based project management software such as MS Project and Jira.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience in talent management is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrable ability to collaborate, multi-task and prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks and achievements to the Consulting Support Manager.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Set up and manage projects in OpenAir, including tasks and planned hours.
• Coordinate internal and external projects end-to-end or support project tasks.
• Manage client communication, logistics, bookings and delivery timelines.
• Issue SOWs and POs for associates and coordinate materials, travel and accommodation as needed.
• QA and review materials, reports and communications for accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with global teams and knowledge-share across regions.
