Job summary

Talogy is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Consulting Support team in managing client projects and coordinating delivery. The role supports the Lead Consultant and Lead Project Manager, handling end-to-end coordination, scheduling, and documentation across internal and external stakeholders.

Key duties include tracking progress, updating on risks, coordinating sessions, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting and QA across OpenAir, Salesforce, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a project management environment.
• Fluent English and French.
• PM certification or education preferred.
• Proficient with web-based project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular project updates to the Consulting Support Manager.
• Set up and track projects in OpenAir, manage Tasks and Planned Hours.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
• Assist with invoicing, revenue recognition and reporting.
• Coordinate sessions, logistics and materials for delivery and QA.
