Job summary

Talogy is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Consulting Support function in delivering talent management services to clients. You will work with the Lead Consultant and Project Lead to manage projects from end-to-end, coordinate sessions, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in a project management environment preferred.
• Proficiency with web-based project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide regular progress updates to the Consulting Support Manager.
• Track progress, identify risks and issues, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Set up projects in OpenAir and track hours.
• Coordinate delivery with internal and external stakeholders, including clients.
• Manage client communications and session bookings; issue invitations and reports.
• Assist with revenue management, invoicing, and project setup in OpenAir/Open Air.
• Coordinate materials, travel, and accommodation as required.
• Contribute to QA and ensure accuracy and professionalism of project materials.
