Job summary

Colibri Digital is seeking an Engagement Lead to take programmatic ownership of a complex, francophone data initiative. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, and risk management across the UK and France, guiding 40+ concurrent workstreams.

The role requires fluency in French and English, senior programme management credentials, and experience with data platforms. Remote-first with travel to client locations in France.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in English and French.
• Recognised programme management certification — MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent.
• Agile certification — Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalent; two-week sprints and ceremonies.
• Eight+ years managing complex, multi-workstream technology programmes.
• Proven delivery of data platform or large-scale data migration programmes (Databricks, Spark).
• Track record running supplier-led governance within a consultancy or SI, accountable end-to-end to a client executive.
• Ownership of Time and Materials commercials, burn tracking, and timesheet-based billing.
• Leading remote, cross-border delivery squads across two countries (UK/France).
• Experience with end-to-end Change Control and governance cadence.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery plan, sequencing 40+ concurrent data product workstreams.
• Run project governance from daily stand-ups to Steering Committees and phase-gate reviews.
• Maintain RAID log, manage changes, ensure artefacts are current.
• Oversee resourcing lifecycle—from mobilisation to ramp-down—and forecast completion.
• Chair governance forums and document in both French and English.
• Bridge francophone business domains with UK-based delivery capability.
• Foster a remote, cross-border team culture across France and the UK.
• Execute knowledge transfer and oversee final project closure and acceptance.
• Ensure regulatory and AI sustainability governance is addressed as applicable.
